What was the biggest takeaway from your time at The Talent Institute?
My biggest takeaway? The growth mindset, for sure. From day 1, you hear everyone talking about this ‘growth mindset’ — In the beginning, I had no idea what it was.
The Talent Institute introduces you to this new mindset from the moment you enter the room, & over the course of the 6 months, they train you to look at problems and situations in a completely different manner. This mindset can open up doors, you previously thought were closed & is a way of thinking that I will take forward within any job role I may do in the future!
